@krfricke that was the idea! I am just simply not familiar with other libraries enough to suggest examples for them. I was hoping providing a section like that would be a good starting point |

Adds a section to "Getting Involved / Contributing" for examples of new features that can be contributed, with a more specific example for Tune.
Also removes references to Travis in the CI section and updates the flakey tests tracker link.
