> Layout switching not working in cmd, Far and Miranda at least.
As I remember AutoHotKey not worked in Miranda too.
I think this is some of Windows capability problem related to cmd-like
applications and some kind of special layout-handling in Miranda.
Tested on Windows XP. Version of Miranda is close to current latest stable
release.

Thanks for your bug. I have just investigated keyla's behaviour. So here are
results:
* I fixed changing layout in cmd. You can now download keyla 0.1.2
* But keyla is not still able to detect layout there
During the investigation I found that keyla does not work correctly while
renaming a
file or folder on the desktop.
* It can detect layout...
* ...but can not switch it
In order to test Miranda I need to install it. So I will first try to fix the
things
described above.

Keyla can now switch layout on desktop.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no documented API that can be used to fix
layout
switching in cmd. I've googled some ways, but I do not want to implement it as
it
will probably have to be maintained to work on new versions of Windows. The
ways are
described here -> http://www.wasm.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?id=29492 (in Russian).
I haven't installed Miranda yet to test.
