When deleting nodes, the list of URLs should be updated. #4

When deleting nodes , individually or connected, the list of URLs (In "Summary" window) should be updated:

If all nodes of a URL are deleted, there is no need keeping this URLS.
A pseudo-URL showing the deletion of this node could be added, to allow editions undoing.

The same logic must be applied when removing several connected nodes.
