WHY: There have been changes to rosidl and rmw for handling dynamic types, and we guess that this library becomes additionally required. https://docs.ros.org/en/iron/Releases/Release-Iron-Irwini.html#dynamic-types-and-dynamic-messages

We have confirmed that Rclex with Iron could work fine with this PR, only on the natively installed environment for Ubuntu 22.04 and Iron. However, there are still some issues with supporting all features of Rclex, all bad luck is from LTTng,,, ;( I decided that this PR can be merged, and we will release rclex v0.9.1 that includes experimental support for Iron. |
