According to this, Onedrive for Business will also have the updated 100GB limit by end of June: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/invalid-file-names-and-file-types-in-onedrive-and-sharepoint-64883a5d-228e-48f5-b3d2-eb39e07630fa?ui=en-US&rs=en-GB&ad=GB

Perhaps we can specify 100GB for that too, with a note saying that it will be applicable only from July?

I doubt that. They've been saying it will be everywhere since the end of 2019, and have been postponing.
