Steps to reproduce

Launch MSER in service mode. Then attempt to start Microsoft Calculator, either via Start>Run>Calc OR pressing the calculator button on my Microsoft keyboard, it does NOT work. Exit or stop the MSER process via Task Manager. Launch calc again, it works.

✔️ Expected Behavior

To launch MS calculator.

❌ Actual Behavior

Doesn't even open.

This is likely related to sihost. If possible, install MSER in active mode, I may kill off the sihost interception entirely since it has turned out overzealous
