To compile set the FFTW_DIR variable in the Makevars file. This FFTW path must contain :
 - include path which contains all the included files for fftw
 - lib paths which contain all the libraries needed by fftw
 - add the fftw lib paths (lib32 & lib64) to the PATH variable of the system
