Added the following new commands

  • PlanetmintChainID - set/get the chain ID
  • PlanetmintDenom - set/get the denominator used for transactions
  • ResolveCID - retrieve the CID content for a given CID

Fixed the following set of bugs:

  • remove erroneous newlines from the messages
  • added command status responses for all RDDL network-related commands
