Just downloading the zip file is insufficient for installation. #2

A notification of some sort in the README documentation indicating that downloading a zip file from github is not enough for installation.

It all worked out though, just wanted to provide my 2 cents that this thing could be more clear.

Wonder full tools though.

Thank you for your comments. We have updated the README to inform users to use git clone instead of the Download button to install our tools. Let us know if you have any questions or comments regarding to our tools.
