What is the current behavior

Dependabot will increase the package-lock.json only to widen the versions.

What is the expected behavior

I'd like to always increase versions to avoid confusion.

chore(dependabot): setting dependabot to always increase versions
ae10c2c 
Dependabot by default will widen versions for libraries but this can
be a bit confusing as the package.json isn't changed.
