playInBackground doesn't work when in fullscreen mode

Current behavior

When watching a video in fullscreen mode, it will stop playing if you put the app in the background.
I also noticed that if you leave fullscreen mode, the video is shorty paused. This might be causing it?

Reproduction steps

Play a video, switch to fullscreen mode and tap the home button. (playInBackground prop should be true)

Expected behavior

I expect the audio to continue, as it does while not in fullscreen mode.
