Test upgrading existing 4.x db to Mongo 5 #6810

Running this locally and getting the upgrade from 4 to 5 I got and Mongo wouldn't start. I didn't try to debug it I just dropped the volumes and restarted but we should do some testing around making sure that you can move from Mongo 4 to Mongo 5 without any issues.
