Meetup(s) is better translated to "مُلْتَقى (مُلْتَقَيات)". It's not a working session (جلسة عمل).
Actually, React meetups are ones of the most fun tech-meetups with just a few talks/workshops and food and fun 😃 .
Also, we must be "fidèle" to the official documentation and keep it as it is, and to keep RN (ReactNative) meetups links because it's a React-Team decision to keep it there, if you think that it should be there, you can file an issue in the #reactjs/reactjs.org repo and ask them to move it to RN website and make a simple link to it in that page.
