Update RxJava from unmaintained 3.0.x to latest 3.1.x #287

Update rxjava3 version to 3.1.5 and update imports.
This should fix #283

Thanks for the PR @guillaumelamirand . I've re-targeted it to 3.4.x branch, as there appears to be no reason to keep on using rxjava 3.0.x there either
