As the community grows and we are getting new requests, issues, and PRs, it is good to have greeting working that will leave a comment on PR to acknowledge the contributor contributions and notify the maintainers to review their contributions.
Describe the solution you'd like.
A GitHub workflow will run when contributors open any PR or issue, and it will comment on that PR with a greeting message.
