Media Overlays playback does not progress pages (Windows)

Tested Release 0.14 in IE 7, Firefox 30, and Chrome 35 in Windows 7 running via parallels 8 on a MBP OS X 10.9.4

Tested with epub30-test-0120-20140612.epub.

Open the above test file and navigate to Test mo-nav-020 Section Navigation - TOC. Open the Table of Contents and click on a paragraph in the test to start playback. Follow the instructions to click on the Section Navigation - Part 2 entry in the ToC. Playback does not continue in the new section.

On OS X this works in the Chrome Extension 2.14.2 and Safari 7.05. I got inconsistent results in Chrome 35.
