If the user moves the Tundra main window from one screen to another, the composited 2D UI overlay disappears from the view. The user has to close and restart the client to show the UI again.

Resizing the window does not recover the UI overlay, nor does moving the main window back to the original monitor.

This is related to D3D Device Context loss events.

Setting d3d9 rendersystem "Multi device memory hint" config key to "Auto hardware buffers management" seems to fix this in my system. Also fixes the problem of disappearing skybox when moving the window to an another monitor.

Does not fix #545 however.

Can't say if this is a proper fix since my knowledge of the rendering system is quite limited.
