What, How & Why?
Add new tasks to build Realm Core on Ubuntu 22.04 using Clang 16 and run the core and sync tests. Updated the lint task to use this variant as well due to incompatibilities between evergreen and Jenkins lint tasks.
NOTE: I am not running the Object Store tests during this build, since we will likely need some additional helper libraries to run baas and there are no 5.0.3 mongodb variants that are building the stitch support library for Ubuntu 22.04.
