The 3d navigation cube warps around when I switch between active documents and occasionally switching around between bodies. Quite often it puts itself behind panels I have arranged.

Here is my normal configuration, note panel location and cube position:

Here is what happens, note how cube relocates itself when I switch back and forth between documents:
