Typo Int.max_value

On pg. 341 of the second edition, chapter 18 section 3:

...as Int.min_value, which is the smallest value of type Int.t. This uncovers some-
thing about integers which may not have been obvious, which is that the largest int,
Int.max_value, is smaller in absolute value than Int.max_value.

the last paragraph fragment should be

Int.max_value, is smaller in absolute value than Int.min_value

A fix appears to already be in this PR #3666
