- as hvc0 tty are now automatically created by systemd (rear#1442) we don't need to create them manually.

removing 2 "POWER only" scripts that create hvc0 link to systemd.

hvc0 ttyare now automatically detected and created bysystemd-generator(Systemd automatic serial console detection #1442) we don'tneed to create them manually.
Having
agetty hvc0started twice produce strange console behaviour (double character typing, echo, character missing.... )
