    Add by default dbus user and group in the rescue image.
    dbus is used by systemd to startup some services (like serial console detection)

Looks good to me.
In particular it seems there is no problem
when users or groups are specified that
do not exist on the original system
because e.g. on my SUSE systems
I do not have a 'usbmuxd' user or group
but I never noticed any issue because
of this.
