Rename or remove all deprecated keys and options as advised by Packit CLI: * 'metadata' key in jobs is deprecated and can be removed * 'synced_files' configuration key was renamed to 'files_to_sync' * 'upstream_project_name' configuration key was renamed to 'upstream_package_name'
