* Add APPTAINER_CACHEDIR as lxplus9 uses apptainer. * Set SINGULARITY_CACHEDIR to be APPTAINER_CACHEDIR. * Set PACKTIVITY_CONTAINER_RUNTIME to apptainer. * Add notice to loging to private cotnainer registiries before use. - Avoid issues with login problems later.
