1. To run the site you will require any server like wamp or xamp server.
2. Save the folder hms in wamp64/www/ if you are using wamp server.
3. Go to PHPMyAdmin of the localhost

http://localhost/phpmyadmin/index.php

4. Go to import and select the file hmsdb.sql from the folder.
5. Now as the database and tables are ready type
