Wir machen es bisher nur in dem Fall, wenn das Cache-Bild neu erstellt und direkt ausgeliefert wird, aber nicht wenn beim erneuten Aufruf direkt das Cache-Bild ausgeliefert wird.
Wenn also andere Addons ungewollte Ausgaben machen (utf8 BOM, Leerzeilen nach ?> o. ä.), dann werden die MM-Bilder nicht korrekt geliefert.
