Add Debian packaging files. Based on Mike Mestnik's work and updated to current version.

Updated build recipe at https://code.launchpad.net/~cloudfuse-team/+recipe/cloudfuse-daily. Created "CloudFUSE daily" PPA: https://launchpad.net/~cloudfuse-team/+archive/cloudfuse-daily New commits will trigger the buildbot as soon as they are imported from Github to LP's bzr repo at https://code.launchpad.net/~cloudfuse-team/cloudfuse/master. |
