I like the idea, just a couple points:
- I think configs and data for plugins is okay, but not the plugins themselves (they can be installed and updated independently so no real need to have them here)
- I like the addition of creation and modified dates in front-matter but I think the title attributes should remain capitalised

Updated Obsidian Settings to Copy Open-Governance, Edited all Created Dates to Date of first commit, Edited all Modified Dates to date of last modified commit. Some title tags got changed ie lowercase or changed to title of document.
