Here: http://bluethen.com/RagdollAnimator/
Mouse-over on the circles and buttons and it should work fine.

However, accessing it via http://www.reddit.com/r/reddit.com/comments/jcqcj/ragdoll_animator/ with Reddit Companion, mouse-over coordinates are offset on the y-axis.
