Fix output of hpacucli when no info available #150

If no information are available from hpacucli for some reason, the detect function should return an empty list and not a boolean to prevent issues when parsing the main list. See issue [1] for more info. [1] https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1900158
