The Red Hat UX team requested we replace the current JDK download url

vscode-java/src/requirements.ts

Line 115 in 7a0baf4

let jdkUrl = 'http://developers.redhat.com/products/openjdk/overview/?from=vscode';

with:

https://developers.redhat.com/products/openjdk/download/?sc_cid=701f2000000RWTnAAO​

so that users can download the JDK more directly
