Paging, Sorting, Filtering on the Issue List page #1

The Issue List page lists everything that has ever been created. While it's no biggie for a demo or prototype, for the application to be used in the real world, we have to limit the number of items displayed.

Paging, sorting, filtering has to be built.

We now have simple Previous-Next paging.

We have column filters - see Contact List page. We will have this on other pages soon.
