The management of conversations should be done by none technical persons. Therefore we need a user friendly admin UI, that allows managing stored conversations.

Issue #5 - "Handle/manage lifecycle of stored conversations" requires a management "tool" that allows to manage stored conversations. Issue #32 specifies and implements the according API.
