Version & Environment

Redpanda version: v22.2.7
Docker: v20.10.20
Kubernetes: 1.25.2

What went wrong?

The redpanda operator uses policy/v1beta1 as api version for PodDisruptionBudget, this has been deprecated for a long time and finally been removed in k8s 1.25.

It should be using policy/v1 to be compatible with k8s 1.25+
