add dbAuth to Test-project

The work in this PR is mostly for CI purposes — filling in functional test gaps. Changes to build:test-project include the following:

• adds dbAuth implementation, including menu Login | Logout
• adds option --rebuildFixture; sanitizes project for use as fixture
• updates __fixtures/test-project
• adds prerender to 3 routes
• adds missing createContact to contacts.js service (so rw check can pass)
• adds lint --fix (note: errors still exist but it's much improved)

ToDo:

• determine near-term Auth functional test using this fixture
