fix: prevent extra render, cannot rename layers, cannot display infobox on dataset layers

Fix bugs:

• Prevent extra component rendering
• Cannot edit infobox of dataset layers
• Cannot rename layers correctly
• Cannot jump to ellipsoid primitive with storytelling widget
• Hide visibility icon in the tree view in the layer selection modal
• Default URL in publish moddal
