Steamex

Fetch n reviews from the top n games.

Installation

If available in Hex, the package can be installed by adding steamex to your list of dependencies in mix.exs:

def deps do
  [
    {:steamex, "~> 0.1.0"}
  ]
end

Usage

# These are the default values
workers = 10
n_games = 100
n_reviews = 1000

Steamex.init(workers)
Steamex.scrape_top(Example.EventHandler, n_games, n_reviews)

# Clean up
Steamex.stop()

Handle events async as they come in:

  use GenServer

  def start_link(_args) do
    GenServer.start_link(__MODULE__, :ok, name: __MODULE__)
  end

  def init(:ok) do
    IO.puts "EventHandler starting..."
    {:ok, nil}
  end

    {:noreply, state}
  end

  def handle_info({:metadata, appid, meta}, state) do

Start your handler if you want:
