Import blocks by Bootstrap

Reex have a Bootstrap to import blocks more faster, the instructions are:

Windows:

• close your wallet
• download the bootstrap: https://github.com/reecore-coin/Reex/releases/download/1.2.0.7/bootstrap.dat
• let in reex folder: C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSER\AppData\Roaming\Reecore\
• open your wallet and let full sync

Linux:

• download the bootstrap file: https://github.com/reecore-coin/Reex/releases/download/1.2.0.7/bootstrap.dat
• let in reex folder: /root/.Reecore
• open your daemon and let full sync
