The documentation for ?LAQR2 says:

*>          accumulated into Z(ILOZ:IHIZ,ILO:IHI) from the right.

It should say (as in ?DLAQR3):

*>          accumulated into Z(ILOZ:IHIZ,ILOZ:IHIZ) from the right.
