Steps to reproduce

  1. https://refinery-dev.stemcellcommons.org/data_set_manager/import/ and open tab step 2
  2. Select some file
  3. Upload all of them multiple times

Observed behavior

Percentage goes over 100%

Expected behavior

Upload button should only work once. The cancel button should also be disabled before and after an upload has been launched
