Analysis result files produced by tools installed from Galaxy toolshed look like 4fe75826-3d88-11e2-945c-00163e2777e7,toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/jjohnson/igvtools/1.0,exp_file,output_tdf.igv.tdf
The problem is that toolshed tool names include slashes which are interpreted as directory name separators when saving those files to disk.
