advanced section opens upon click anywhere on the row representing the collapsed section

Steps to reproduce

Please list all the actions and the input data used:

1. Open Upload page.
2. Add a metadata file.
3. Click anywhere on the row containing the word "Advanced".

Observed behavior

• The section with the advanced settings opens.
  

Expected behavior

• The section with the advanced settings only opens when I click on the word "Advanced". It is a bit unexpected that it open when one happens to click on the row, e.g. when closing a help popup by clicking outside of it (as demonstrated in the GIF above).
