Specific code commit: c8a9cb3
Version of the web browser and OS: Chrome/FF Linux
Environment where the error occurred: https://test.stemcellcommons.org/

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to the File Browser for a DataSet you have modify permissions on
Click on the Show Tool Panel button
Select a Tool from the dropdown that has PAIRED inputs
Click on the Input Files section to expand it
Hover over the ? icons next to the names of the expected paired inputs

Observed behavior

There is a _ that gets displayed on hover

Expected behavior

No artifact

Potential Solution:

Add text-decoration: none; CSS property
