Commit 951f9cc

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import an ISA archive using the import form at /data_set_manager/import/isa-tab-form/
  2. Import the same ISA archive again using the same form

Observed results

ISA archive is not imported and "Problem parsing ISA-Tab file" error message is displayed

Expected results

ISA archive is imported with no errors
