I no longer get emails when my analyses are complete. There is nothing about these emails being sent in the log either.

Argh. I think I found out why this is happening. There is a problem with the redirect at the very end of the clean up: http://modencode.med.harvard.edu/admin/djcelery/taskstate/2243/ (see details). I think I can fix this easily. (Nils Gehlenborg - Dec 6, 2012)
