Update to NodeJS 4.2.1 LTE

It turns out that nodejs became it's own foundation and jumped from v0.12.35 to v4.x already, with major releases almost every month.

Now they've released a LTE version 4.2.1, which might be worth upgrading too. Since so many changes, bug fixed and performance optimizations have been incorporated it might be good to update sooner than later before we get stuck again.

• 18 months full feature support
• 30 months maintanance support

So NodeJS v4.x will be supported until April 2018.
