Dashboard: infinite scroll-list acts weirdly

Something seems to be wrong with the infinite data set scroll list. The scrollbar obviously acts weird.

Note: The jumpy effect is not due to the GIF. It really looks like this on my vm.

Note: This is unrelated to the 40 something commits I pushed today. Scott was able to reproduce the issue with an instance without those commits. Must be something between release 1.1 and those commits. Since the library and plugin itself hasn't been touched in months I would assume it has something to do with the styling.

This is related to some styling. Using the stylesheet from v1.1 fixes the issue.
