Because of an issue in Galaxy v 15.10 where duplicate workflow uuids caused analyses to fail when more than one input or pair of inputs is used, a work-around in commit 9d2873b was introduced.

This may not be necessary moving forward to galaxy v 16.01

Closing as everything is working properly with 9d2873b and Galaxy v 16.01
