Separation of Mainlobe and Sidelobe Contributions to B-Mode Ultrasound Images Based on the Aperture Spectrum

Please place this file (FieldII_ChannelData.mat) in the main directory of this repository to run compareReconstructedImages.m and compareReconstructedImages.py. The file corresponds to the Field II simulation of the 3.5 mm radius anechoic lesion used in the SPIE conference proceedings paper (see main README.md file for full citation).
