Using Template background color not working

it ignores the background color, if I change the foreground it works. Is it a bug?

@tomanix13 there is an open pull request #74 for this issue. The main reason the background colour does not work is a call to FPDF.cell uses fill=False. This applies to both text and rectangle items. Hope this helps.
